Order online – this is how it works, step by step
Internet and mobile phone tariffs from Vodafone, 1&1, Telekom, congstar and o2 can be conveniently ordered online yourself. The order pages belong to the providers and are only available on German. Here we explain every step and all the important terms - so that you can order safely.
Before you start
The contract is concluded directly with the provider, on German. Smarti-Phone brokers the tariff as a specialist dealer. Links with the symbol ↗ open the provider's order page. If it says "DE" next to it, the order page is in German.
Tip: Your browser can translate the order page. In Chrome and Edge, right-click on the page and select "Translate". On iPhone, tap the "Aa" icon in the address bar in Safari and then tap "Translate".
