Can I switch from the basic supply at any time?
Yes, the contract in the basic supply can be terminated with a notice period of two weeks.
Will the power fail when changing?
No. The supply continues without interruption – only the provider on the bill changes.
What do I need for the comparison?
Preferably the last annual statement. Your annual consumption, the meter number and the previous provider are important.
I'm just moving – what now?
Then register electricity for the new apartment: Register electricity when you move in.
