We cannot extend contracts from1&1 and PŸUR – this can only be done directly with the provider. However, we will be happy to conclude new contracts with 1&1 and PŸUR with you, and we will check whether a change would be cheaper for you.

When can I extend my contract?
This is determined by each provider itself and depends on your contract. Often it is a few months before the end of the minimum term. We check in the store when it is possible for you.
Do I have to take a new mobile phone when renewing?
No. You can also just renew the plan and keep your previous device.
Will I keep my phone number?
Yes. If you renew, the number will remain anyway. You can also take your phone number with you if you switch to another provider – we will take care of it.
Can you also extend contracts from 1&1 or PŸUR ?
No, this is only possible directly with 1&1 or PŸUR. However, we will be happy to conclude new contracts with these providers with you.
